PrawfsBlawg: What’s wrong with a little censorship, eh? (1) To what extent has the Canadian experience confirmed or disconfirmed the “slippery slope” hypothesis popular in First Amendment doctrine and scholarship – i.e., the idea that officials (whether judicial, bureaucratic, or elected) will be unable to draw desirable lines between "good" and "bad" censorship?
